Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Thank you!!! I was so glad I'd taken my camera to my friends that day. I'd only seen mourning doves in our area before, so finding a new species of bird I'd not noticed before and getting a picture of it was so nice.
